We are seasoned developers in all areas of real estate. We specialize in area development, but also in creating specific (or mixed-use) office, retail, leisure, residential, logistics and parking buildings and facilities. We’re driven by a desire to enrich the quality of people’s living, working and leisure environments.

Our approach is to develop satisfying urban structures, areas, communities, and surroundings that are environmentally, economically, culturally and socially balanced – and sustainable, connecting and inspiring future generations.
In executing our investment strategies, development activities are limited to our investment products, to create new assets as well as the potential for enhanced returns in our portfolios.
