At least twice a year we prepare real estate returns forecasts for markets in over 30 countries. These forecasts help to underpin investment strategy and implementation.

Our research investigates the impact of real estate development on wider socio-economical and ecological dynamics. The majority of our projects are embedded in long term and large scale city or area developments. Research enables developments to keep up with changing future use.

Our Finance business partners use geographical and asset specific research to analyse and support its activities. The research need can be split in long term trend analysis and transaction specific research.
